- This school begans as sekolah menengah melayu pertama but then officially named Maktab Melayu paduka seri begawan sultan in 23/9/1971 and later in 1985 changed to maktab sains paduka seri begawan sultan. this school recruit year6 students whom got excellent in their PSR exam. this school is really enjoyable and great. this school is one of the best School in Brunei Darussalam
